Ripp out of Business?

I sent two emails to their sales department on 2/16 and then followed up on 2/22, inquiring about their 5.7L WK2 Supercharger and possibility of a forum discount for JeepGarage. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear back from them. One would assume a new sales opportunity would yield prompt feedback, doesn't convey much confidence with them post-sale for any installation issues. I'm curious, did they go out of business? Can anyone else attest to their customer service?

Re: Ripp out of Business?

CALL THEM-

They answer the phone right away every time...great customer service-

I have 2 of their RIPP Systems

in fact I just talked to them an hour ago about ordering some parts...I know they've offered group buys and forum discounts in the past...but just call them
