Anyone look into putting a snorkle on the JGC 2011?

Re: Snorkles ?

I don't think there's anything available yet. Probably won't see anything for another few years until these get cheap enough for people to use them for serious offroad use.

Re: Snorkles ?

Can you still snork a modern vehicle? I would think the electrical system would wig out before ever sucking in water.

Re: Snorkles ?

Jeeps already have snorkles.

Air intake is mounted high up in the grill. If water is getting up that high, you may have other troubles.

Re: Snorkles ?

it took years for a snorkel to come out for the WK1 that is higher than the hood. I'm just guessing you won't see a similar snorkel for a WK2 in quite some time.
As a start, you should check the WK1 snorkel maker to see if they have a WK2 version in the works.
