Drove about 240 miles hiway/city this weekend performed excellent. For the heck of it I turned it off for a while, the Jeep felt like a dog....Been using it in race mode (red) Can still drive normal and I love the response but after an hour or so of driving my ankle started hurting a bit because you can't put much pressure on the gas pedal (it's very responsive) You have to hold your foot back barely pressing the pedal once you reach speed. Jeep wanted to keep accelerating it was hard to keep it with in the speed limit. Green mode is probably better for all around driving but I sure like red mode. Probably switch back and forth.

Seen any mpg reduction??

Re: Sprint booster

I was looking into the Sprintbooster a few months ago. It was pointed out that the same adjustments can be made in a DiabloSport intune or Trinity. For $300, it seems wiser to just buy a tuner and have more capabilities.........

My gas mileage hasn't changed. Still averaging 18.7 - 20 city. Last night on highway cruise set at 76 mph 24.7. Also running full synthetic and AEM dry filter.

I think people would have to worry about warranty with a Diablo. I could be wrong though and isn't it way more expensive once you buy tunes??

Re: Sprint booster

I think I'm going to order one tomorrow. 30 day money back guarantee makes it a no brainer to at least give this a try.

Re: Sprint booster

Is everyone driving mainly in Sport mode and then green/red or Normal mode?? I have been driving in Sport mode around town which is 90% of my driving. I just hate the shift points of the Normal mode. I put in Eco on highway though.

I drive in normal mode and so far it's been a toss up between green or red. (can't make up my mind LOL) I don't think ECO saves any fuel on the highway the RPMS stay the same in 8th gear whether it's engaged or not. It changes shift patterns in city driving to get better fuel economy. I keep mine off!

Also it says in the SB instructions NOT to change modes while your foot is on the gas pedal. When I change between green / red I just take my foot off the gas pedal or when stopped at a traffic light. Experiment with all the different options and see which one you like best.

Select terrain is in normal mode, sprint booster was set to green then unplugged and the cable put in the glove box. Green fits my driving style so well I've seen no need to change it. Occasionally on twisty back roads I switch select terrain to sport mode but not often. (2011 sport is on the dial) Eco on 2011 seems to be a notice that lets me know I'm driving economically, all I can shut off is the notice, not the Eco mode.
