Re: SRT8 exhaust on 3.6

I forgot to mention that I originally had Flowmaster 3" inlet exhaust tips but they were hard to get over the 3" 'bulb' coming out of the two resonators. I cut the 'bulbs' off and went with the 2.75" Dynomax tips instead. By the way the picture Amazon has on the website doesn't do the 4" tips justice. Here is a better picture of what it looks like

I'll try and post pics later when I get out of work.

were you able to use the stock bolts & spring/nut thingys or did you end up using your own nuts/bolts to mount up to the flanges?

Re: SRT8 exhaust on 3.6

I used new bolts/nuts and added washers but was able to reuse the springs

ok cool, i was gonna say i could not get the oem hardware to work due to the diameter of the bolt/studs don't really allow the flanges to line up correctly. So for anyone looking to do this mod I suggest the first step you do is pound out the studs in the flanges of the SRT exhaust system and make sure you use your own nuts/bolts.
