Upgrades and Electrical

I am going to install a larger Fastman throttle body and a Volant CAI tomorrow.
Should I disconnect the battery before the upgrade? I thought it would be better for the computer to adapt to the airflow changes this way.

Re: Upgrades and Electrical

You can, it won't hurt anything...or if you leave it connected the ECU will learn anew anyway.

How do you like your TB and intake?

I'm considering the same combo.
