Re: Volant CAI

I just bought mine from MPCustoms and installed it this weekend. I only had a chance to run up to the store so far with it on. Couldn't get into it to much but when I did it felt a little better throttle response than before, but sounded louder. I will have to wait and see, but of course now its raining.

Re: Volant CAI

Wow very impressed with the product. It has cured my desire, albeit temporarily, for an exhaust...

I had to install the included bracket opposite of how it is shown in the instructions, but other than that it went super easy. Didn't take more than 20 mins to swap.

Definitely louder at WOT. Butt dyno feels good but it could be placebo until dyno's are available.

My videos turned out pretty poor but i will try to upload one of them for you guys...

Re: Volant CAI

I just got mine today this week after ordering it in early November. They said they have had a hard time keeping them in stock but at least know it is here. I will install it this weekend but will not be able to WOT as we just got 6+ inches of new snow. Though it might be fun in a large open parking lot.

Uploading now to youtube.

Its pretty poor quality, and if you all think it sucks, let me know and I will re-record some other way.

EDIT: Done uploading, here is the link.

Thanks,
Ryan

The sound is loud 4-5grand.

Hey DH, Any problems with fitting to our RHD versions? and who did you end up ordering it through?
