Re: Volant CAI

Sorry for the long overdue post of pictures. Here you go...

Other than a incorrect bracket for the box mount, the install was very smooth.

Re: Volant CAI

The fit of the Volant suck. I had it and I took it off for the Mopar CAI.

So you've said multiple times. No one else has a problem.

Re: Volant CAI

They ignore the obvious problem.... Wrong parts included, The bottom of the CAI box hits the Brake lines making it a problem in the long run.
Thanks

My Volant has no fitment or rubbing issues and all the correct parts were included. In fact, I saw a Mopar CAI at the dealer and the fit and finish of the Volant looks much better than the Mopar, IMHO.

Re: Volant CAI

Check under the box and you will see that the bottom of the filter box is on top of the brake lines rubbing them and possibly damaging them.
This is the main reason I took it off and return it for a full credit.

I looked and I don't see anything that should cause alarm...now or 5 years from now.
