If you're going to use the factory holes for the dual exhaust used on the 5.7 or 3.0, why don't you just get a rear valence from a limited with tow package and hemi option?

That should have all the cutouts you need.

I am doing the same conversion and just bought one from RockAuto for my '12 Overland. Part #CH1195104. $112.99 including shipping. You will not find a better deal on this part anywhere AND they are not charging a $100 core fee to return your old valance piece. There are only 3 remaining so you better hurry. Here's the link.

VARIOUS MFR Part # CH1195104
Type 4; w/dual exhaust; w/Center Cutout; Textured Black; Rear bumper valance panel (Only 3 Remaining)

Re: where can i get rear valence with tow package?

Looks like the OEM part # is 68111470AA

It can be found through any dealer. Retail $187. Quick search online can find it in the $125 ~ $135 range.

The aftermarket version (referenced above) is still cheaper though, and I am sure it is fine. Just know that some prefer OEM over aftermarket so here is the # just in case.
