Re: who will be the first 2011 with a fastman or ported TB?

I can easily understand how a Ported TB improves Mid to Higher RPM on a 5.7L.
I was wondering how it effects low RPM performance, since the ECM & Wire Throttle already effect low RPM performance. Normally porting & smoothing intake tracks reduce low-end torque & performance.

Any comments from 5.7L ECM owners with Ported TB would be appreciated!

Like Moose, I'm wanting to determine the ECM Tuner "gains" prior to additional engine mods. Without a ECM Programmer; the range & satisfaction of engine mods on a computer controlled engine are minimized.

I am interested in a ported TB, as well as a nice Nox or Blower setup too!

ported tb's are a pretty cheap mod...and fastman already does 5.7 TB's. Do a little searching in the wk forums for testimonies....
