I was not happy how the dealer trimmed my engine cover, provided a reason to update

Looks like someone needs to make a custom engine cover.

It looks like you need to make a relief cut with a body saw to to clear the pipe there is definite proof of stress on the engine cover.

Funny about smoking the mini vans......

I can only imagine how that thing hauls ass with the CAI now because the Magnaflow just makes you put your foot in it all the time and you just have this big grin on your face while doing it, well I did when I had my magnaflow installed anyway.

Re: Yup, Mopar 3.6 CAI is here ;)

I'm surprised AEM hasn't come out with their version yet. I'm quite sure they make these for Mopar (they make the Ram Mopar intakes). It would be nice to save $100 for the same thing.

Re: Yup, Mopar 3.6 CAI is here ;)

I also noticed the jeep shift noticeably smoother with CAI, maybe evened out the back pressure change caused by the magnaflow.

I need to get a video up, the 0-60 sounds and feels awesome.

People are saying the computer just "learns around" any modifications you make. So if you put on a CAI to presumably get a higher density and volume of air, does the computer just retard the throttle body to compensate rather than increasing fuel for more power? Any empirical evidence or just butt dyno and it sounds cool?

Mopar needs to come out with a cool new engine cover to go along with the CAI
