18" x 20" Sidewall Question

Kinda of a two-parter:

1.
I'm trying to find out if you go with the Cooper Zeon 275/55/20 on the stock 20" Limited rims how does the sidewall compare to the 18" GC Limited Stock? Does anyone konw what the actual size difference

2.
If you squeeze the 275/55/20 on and there's no rubbing what happens when you go off-road and you hit some rough rode and the car is bouncing, etc. Will that pose a problem?

Re: 18" x 20" Sidewall Question

They are only 1.3 inches taller than the stock 18's. Do some measuring to see if they fit.

Thanks for the info. So if I read you correctly the 20" tires I mentioned have actually .7 inches less sidewall than the stock 18" because of the rim size difference. Sorry tire newbie.

Yes. Do some measuring with the wheels turned and up on a tall curb to see if there is enough room
