20" OEM 9107 on 2011 Laredo

Sorry if this has been addressed before. I've looked around, but found what seemed to be conflicting information.

I have a 2011 Grand Cherokee with 17" wheels, tires are 245/70/17

I would really like to get the 20" OEM 9107 wheels put on, but am wondering about the tire fit/rubbing.
These are the wheels fyi

Has anyone done what I am looking to do? Or have any suggestions?
Sorry, new to the changing wheel/tire size thing

Thanks for the help!

Yes you can run a 20 inch without a problem. If you want your speedo to be the same then stay with the overall in diameter of your stock tires right now. People put bigger tires on than stock so thats where you hear people talking about rubbing. Given you can go up in size to what extent for the wk2 is not known to me without rubbing but digging around on the forums will lead you down the right path.

Also 400 per rim of those is crazy.. can get those rims much cheaper else where if you look around.

Yea they are expensive there, I found them on eBay for quite a bit less. Just used that site as a reference.

Thanks for the input, I appreciate it!

You can find OEM wheels on Craigslist or from a member here fairly cheap in mint condition.

Here's a link from my local Craigslist.

Re: 20" OEM 9107 on 2011 Laredo

Another question if someone could help.
It looks like the difference between my tires and what can fit these 20" OEM's is this:
Current: 245/70/17 = 30.5" Diameter, 9.65" width
265/50/20 = 30.4" Diameter, 10.43" width

Is there an issue with the width fitting? If so can it be overcome with spacers or something like that?

Thanks again

You won't have any issues.
It's possible to fit up to a 285/50r20 with that wheel without clearance issues.

Is that what you are running MOFSTEEL? 285/50r20? I just grabbed some 20in Altitude wheels off craigslist. Figuring out what size and brand I should get for them... Also maybe a dumb question but are the limited 20in wheel and Altitude 20in the same wheel?

Yes ...that's the size I run.
I'm not 100% sure if the design is identical but the height/width and offset is the same.

There are slim pickins in that size but you should be ok with any brand.
Here are the specs on my Coopers.

Section Width: 11.60"
Overall Diameter: 31.30"

Any wider and you may have issues.
