2011 WK2 M2 fuse serv 4x4 message

Anyone with a 2011 wk2 pull the m2 fuse to lock the air suspension.
2012 doesn't show any error lights but my 2011 comes up with serv 4x4 and no traction control.

Can anyone pull your fuse and lmk if the lights come on?

I have a 2011 and in the manual it has the air suspension as J1, So I pulled it and the suspension still moved and the service air suspension light came on. Someone has to know how to lock the air suspension in the 2011s.

J1 doesn't seem to be the key as aero on highway lowered the front and kept rear at or1.
M2 fuse removal works great functionally but serv 4x4 message is too much an annoyance.

Im just wondering why its different for 2012's ; no dash light for them

And confirmation that m2 removal causes dash light on 2011 would be appreciated

This is the reason why we need to convince an aftermarket air suspension manufacturer to make parts for the QL air suspension systems. I don't really want to make it sound like it's an easy thing to develop, however since all the hardware and controls already exist, all that we would need IMO are air bags that could be put in place of the oem ones along with a few other odds and ends. The aftermarket bags would have to allow owners set their desired heights. I'd like to lower my NRH and park height but leave OR1 and OR2 as they are.
