Re: 2012 wk2 lowered on 22" srt8's

I bought the lowering kit but have not installed it yet. It looks to me as if everyone's front is still lower than the back. I understand cutting the rear springs will lower it down to match. I was wondering if you guys think that the back would match the factory front height by putting just the rear springs on. I just want the front and back to match and cutting the springs is not an option in our case.

Well my installation got pushed to the 18th. 4 wheel parts has the shocks and upper mounts in and I'm crossing my fingers the bilsteins fit.

Damn those pics look great bro....I'm sooooo ready to get it done!

I have the Eibach lowering springs (not cut or modified in any way). Don't remember the exact drop but it was close to 2.5". The license plate lights are just some replacement LED's.....sorry dont remember were I got them but I do have a thread on here about both the springs and bulbs.

Love your set up I want to do the same thing! Don't worry I am in Yonkers.
Does that set up work with the Quadra Lift air suspension on the 2012 Overland Summit?

I've only rubbed a couple of times on the front right on a big dip in the road around 65mph....it's a very mild rub.

Sorry this will not work with the air suspension.

Woohoo....I dropped my jeep off at the shop this morning. I should have it back tomorrow. Also change in the parts list. We went with an OE shock.....the Beilsteins wouldn't work.

So far I'm impressed with 4 wheel parts and river oaks jeep. The guys from 4wp worked the the parts department at river oaks to get the right shock and upper mount.

I'll keep you guys posted and will post pictures
