2014 air suspension question

newb question here, my apologies if this is common knowledge...

1. When I park the car after driving at the normal ride height, maybe 10-15 minutes later you will hear the air release and I thought that I noticed the car lower itself a little bit, however, I don't notice it raise back up once I get back in and start driving. What exactly happens in this scenario?

2. I drove back from lunch in the OR1 setting just to see how it rode. Went back out an hour later and it was still raised up. Should it lower itself after being parked for a period of time or will it stay in OR1 until I lower it myself?

3. If it doesn't lower itself after OR1, is it bad to park in OR1?

Thanks!

Re: 2014 air suspension question

As explained in your owners manual, when parked at normal ride height, the Jeep will level itself for appearance.

Thanks. Shouldn't I notice it raise back up though once I get back in and start driving?

Does it lower itself down to the "aero mode" height when it levels itself while parked?

I never read that but it is hilarious...

mind you it would annoy me to be walking up and see one end sitting higher than the other
