2014 JGC - ORA-II Tire Replacement ? 18's

So it's about time to swap my tires out on my 2014 JGC w/ ORA-II.

I was hoping for a more rugged look and offroading capabilities.

Stock tires are 265/60R18's. They sucked offroad, and my wife scuffs the hell out of the sidewalls on curbs.

The tires I was looking at were:

Nitto Terra Grappler G2's (265/60R18)
Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure with Kevlar (265/60R18)

With the air suspension, is it possible to go up with the stock 18's in size on the rims?

I really like the Nitto EXO Grappler AWT's however the closest size they come in is (275/65R18's). Has anyone gone up in size on the JGC? Will they fit? Will it rub on park or aero, while turning, etc?

Open to any other suggestions that I may have overlooked. I'm hoping for good on-road, wear, rain/snow handling, noise, etc. But at this point I want something that I can do some off-roading with.

I always have roof cross bars on the truck, so it already has a decent amount of wind noise so a bit more road noise than what I have from the current tires is fine - I just don't want loud loud.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Re: 2014 JGC - ORA-II Tire Replacement ? 18's

I have been running a set of JK wrangler 18" wheels with tires that have a diameter of 32" without problems for the last 2 winters. No rubbing in any suspension mode. Alot of folks like the Nokian At's for their winter/snow traction and they can be run year round, but I have no experience with them. Firestone destination AT's, Goodyear Duratracs are reasonable and seem to get good ratings. Nokian Rotiiva AT's. http://www.nokiantyres.com/summer-ty...an-rotiiva-at/

Re: 2014 JGC - ORA-II Tire Replacement ? 18's

I've been running 32.1" Duratracs since October and love them. Highway, trail or snow they are great. I did add 1.5" spacers but wasn't a requirement. The only rubbing I've had is while wheeling due to the articulation.

Check out one of my threads for more info:

So you have the air suspension w/ the 18's?

The EXO Grappler AWT's are 32.32" diameter for the LT275/65R18 E 123/120Q's.

Terra Grappler G2's are 30.51" diameter for 265/60R18 114T's.

What are the options if it rubs with the 32.32" EXO Grappler AWT's? Buying the tires online, I doubt I'll have much luck returning them if they do rub so I'd love to know ahead of time - or at least have options to remedy the rubbing if they do.
