275-45-R20 tires for GC 2011

Have a bargain to buy 20"-8" Overland rims with new General Grabber tires 275-45-R20 for my GC limited 2011.
Anybody has experience with such a low cross section tire ?
How does that affects the car's damping and the driving comfort when lowering the 265-60-R18 cross section into 275-45-R20 ?
