I really like how my Goodyear AT Adventures have performed so far. I've had them on for a little over 3,000 miles.

They are also the replacements for the Silent Armors and look very similar in tread pattern and design.

But as stated above, I think most of the newer AT tires on the market will perform almost equally as good an one another on road. Off road I think is where they are put to the test and show variation, which I can't really comment on too much with my Adventures because I'm on road 95% of the time. But with that, I will say they have done great on the street, are quieter than the Forteras on the freeway and they look so much better than the On/Off road sadness that Jeep provides stock.

I've had the adventure kevlar for only about 500 miles. No impact on ride, being diesel, it is a little more laggy off the line a bit, but if you want to, it moves fine. Based on computer read out, we dropped from 25+mpg to 22-23 ish, which I figured would happen.
Wanted the duratracs, but when the wife said "get whatever" I knew that meant don't get the cool looking ones that will be rougher and eventually noisier. She said she didn't really care, but thought they might ruin the ride/comfort a bit. Just wanted something a little tougher looking than the forteras(which I have for sale with 2k miles on them). Wife works at Goodyear corporate so got these, otherwise would've been Toyo At 2s or Terra Grapplers, loved them both on my work trucks.

Ok, well that answers the question, thanks! I don't have QL so I quess normal ride height is close to what I would have, but I think the rake from front to back is greater with the coil suspension, so it seems for me that the Leveling Kit with the 275/55 as many have done is the best bet.

I had the duratracs on our wrangler, wifey even said, they weren't loud with the top down, and the grand is quieter...i said as they wear, they'll get louder, so we compromised. Going to have to "wheel" it now, maybe go over a curb or 2 at the mall:)
I'm on coil, and wanted to level, but wife said if they fit, don't level it. Well, it's going to go in one day for "some work" at my buddy's motorsports store, and come back a little "different".
First I have some other things to take care of...corsa for the charger(hopefully next week), intake for the diesel, stamped concrete patio w/ fire pit and fireplace(cuz we HAVE to have both:mad:), trees and other landscaping at the house, a "babymoon" vacation:mad:, and invisible fence for puppy, and apparently it all has to be done like 5 minutes ago. Apparently we have a money tree in the basement I don't know about. I do detailing on the side for paying for my toys like firearms and car stuff, not sure where all her "have to have it" cash comes from:rolleyes:

I was answering/replying to a couple different thoughts. I got the 275's. Wife initially was on board for duratracs, but I knew better because I didn't want to hear about noisy tires later. She also said if the 275's fit then don't level it, but at some point it's going to have "some work" done..i.e it will get leveled at my buddy's shop and he'll make the receipt say anything but level kit. I also have non-QL suspension.
First though have to direct funds to other things. Most of them big ticket items vacation, patio, and tonight she added we should get a shed that matches the house. Oh well, women.

looks, they fit just fine. I had a couple pics earlier in the thread...my IT dept is trying to recover stuff I had saved to my computer. Thanks to wonderful "updates", my computer is now pretty blank. But it's "somewhere" on our server. Awesome

nope, enough room you can still get your hand in there and wash the trim. I like there's more rubber sticking out to help prevent curb rash on the rims...cost me 120 to redo a rim on our '13 cuz it caught the curb
