33 nitto mud grapplers

I have had my wk2 for a few months now and ive been back and fourth on what I'm going to do first so I have finally decided to go big and I'm placing my order next week for BWoody links and an RRO 2.5 lift. This seems to be the most popular set up out and I havnt heard too many negatives about it.

Im also going to use 1.5 or 2 inch spacers with XD Addict, (18x9) I just don't know what backspacing or offset I should get with the spacers. Ive also heard that the spacers can cause some pretty serious shaking if the offset and backspacing isn't correct. I could use some help here in this department im not quite sure how to figure this out they are two different set ups they offer for these wheels are 4.5 backspacing with -12mm offset and the other is 5.71 backspacing and 18mm offset

For rubber I'm gona go with 33 Mud Grapplers (33x12.50 R18). I know I'm going to have to do some trimming I'm pretty excited to finally have a tuff looking mall crawler I dont plan on doing extreme rock crawling but when I go fishing or take my dog out to the lake Ill be able to go where I want

Im going to have to wait for my tax return to come in for the wheels and tires but the lift and links will get ordered next week over all this set up is going to cost $639 for the RRO 2.5 lift and the BWoody links
and its going to cost $2596 for the spacers wheels and tires.

Re: 33 nitto mud grapplers

I can't really help with the decision on backspacing.

I'm running a 0 offset 18x9, 5 backspacing, with 32" tires. I have had to trim the rear of the inner felt fender liner. I imagine a .5" greater radius tire may start hitting the pinch weld at the rear of the fender, and I think would start hitting the front of the fender at full lock too. I contemplated buying the metric equivalent of 33's and am grateful I didn't. Of course I have the same lift as you.

There is another member with 33's here, Siltsurfer I think is his username. You may want to look into how he got them to work.
