33x12.50 no rub. So Sexy.

Years of working for Discount Tire paid off when doing my measurements looking for the perfect wheel/tire combo for my 15 Altitude, and im glad to share my results with you.
20x8.5 + 30 Black Rhino (rotary forged) Mozambique wheels.
33x12.50-20 Atturo Trailblade XT tires. 32.9" for the haters
no spacers,
no fenderwell mods,
no pinch weld folding.
I am on a Rocky Road 2.5" lift, clearly.

lock to lock, no problem. also had no problem on turned wheel while goin over small curbs and rocks to test compression/flex fit. Although, surely it will be different when I take it out to really play...ill adjust accordingly once I test it out on the trails if necessary.

Ground clearance is awesome. Stance is dead on. Look...GORGEOUS, IMO.

Yes, I do plenty of wheelin. This tire, even though a 20 is only 1/4" less in sidewall size than a stocker with 245/70-17. No, its not ideal for off-road...but neither is the GC. Im stretching luxury to its offroad roots in what I like to consider OEM+ with this build.

I love 33s.

Re: 33x12.50 no rub. So Sexy.

Yes, these are a 10ply LT Tire. No, not much harsher than the 275/55-20p (same tire) I had on em before. Heavier, yes. But...i saved weight on my new exhaust, and saved weight with these rotary forged wheels...so I was ok with adding some tire weight to get the meat on there.

So far so good on mileage. Holding steady at the 20.2 I had at 1/2 tank after putting 100 miles on these.

Its not a mud tire, but its a medium aggressive AT. It is definitely more aggressive than the nitto terra grapplers, and less aggressive than say a Wrangler Duratrac. Road noise was expected, and its there but nothing that bothers me.

Looks sharp! I like the white paint and all the black trim/wheels/etc.

Those rims are money on white WK2's! I've been thinking about the chrome version on my Summit. Looks like a great setup.

@alludc:

Do you know If these wheels would fit over the SRT brakes?

I would love them as winter wheels.

Cheers,
Ollie
