had the links installed today, dropped the car around 1.5 in back and 1.2 in front from stock height, suspension is a little stiffer but not uncomfortable. Here are some after pics of the new heights
Great job, but you couldn't post this in the High Altitude thread where someone was specifically asking for pics of a lowered HA? Or one of the dozen threads talking about the AAR links? Or at least in the suspension section?
I actually thought i had posted it in the suspension section but then realized it was the general forum and now it wont let me delete it so ill have to wait till the admin moves it, ill post the pics on the other thread too.
Really ? It's only a little more then a inch and in terms of ride quality there's not much difference at all, it's simple enough to change but I like it
Looks awesome, looks a little lower than what I did, but looks cool! I'm glad to see you kept a slight rake as I think you'll be much happier. Like I said in my thread, with even wheel gaps it looks like its sagging in back. Billet Silver looks awesome!! When I was out to buy my HA it came down to Billet Silver or Bright White. Loved both, but went with white as the Billet one didn't have HK audio.
That is correct. They can be custom made or purchased from adjustableairride.com. They aren't cheap though through AAR, but appears to be a nice quality product. Very simple things though that do nothing more than give suspension movement and height info to the sensors at each wheel. I am more than happy with my custom made ones and I spent a fraction of the cost.
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
