Yes, you can shift it into sport mode by pulling back on the shifter. That will put it into aero mode and it will stay there.

Ok ya I knew about sport mode but was wondering if you can run aero mode in just normal driving

Not unless you are doing at least 65 mph. There's no "switch" to put the vehicle into Aero outside of either speed or Sport Mode.
