Any upgrades to the '14 Overland air suspension?

I have a new '14 Overland Hemi with the air suspension system. I'm really enjoying this ride, but at speed the handling is a bit soft. From what I gather, I can't get stiffer springs that are compatible with the air suspension. Do I have any options to improve the handling? I apologize if this has been covered, but I would like to get closer to SRT8 handling performance or better if possible. Thanks!

In sport mode at any speed, as at highway speeds, the vehicle will lower 1/2" into aero mode. I don't believe there are any options/accessories with this system.

I do like the sport mode and use it often. With a cat back, the sound will be where I want, but would like to stiffen the ride further.

I realize this won't change how soft the suspension is, but maybe some stickier tires would help? One of the reasons I chose not to get the Hemi was that I noticed a distinct difference in the softness of the suspension compared to the 3.6.

I did find a set of authentic '12 SRT8 wheels powdercoated black, so I'm looking at some sort of all season 295/45/20's. Falken, Yokohama, Toyo? Need something that can handle light snow here in C0.

If you are willing to sacrifice some off road performance, stiffer anti-sway bar will improve the high speed stability. I have not looked into it, I assume the STR8 anti sway bars are stiffer and will be a direct fit.

Yeah I was just going to suggest putting the on 2014 SRT8 swaybar .. im planning on doing so aswell.

Also where did you hear that there are stiffer springs for the air-ride equipped jeeps?

I originally mentioned I didn't know of any stiffer springs that were compatible with the air system. Will look into direct fit SRT8 sway bars.

Re: Any upgrades to the '14 Overland air suspension?

Increasing sway bar stiffness also increases your effective spring rate. Reports I have read from those who made the swap is that they noticed little or no difference but its a variable to consider if you weren't aware.

Re: Any upgrades to the '14 Overland air suspension?

200sxr, Why would there be any give up in offroad performance with an srt sway bar since his jeep is an independent rear suspension quadralift, not a solid rear axle vehicle? Thanks
