Anyone else with a faulty brake booster?

Got in this morning and the second I stepped on the brake pedal it sounded like I stepped on a rattle snake, loud hissing from the pedal. Today is the first morning of 10-15 degrees out so I'm assuming the rubber seal must have shrunk from the cold making it leak. Few minutes of driving and heat make it much quieter but still present. Anyone else has had theirs go bad? I'm at 50k right now
