Backspace help.

Hello guys, I'm new with the WK2, so lets see if you can help me out. I'm from Venezuela and i own a WK2 2012 laredo with hemi engine. i was doing some research because i want to lift it. So far i saw the dobinsons suspension system and i think to combine it with 275/70r17. My question is, how much backspace do i need to avoid rubbing with any suspension component, fender or body? I want to install Method Racing Wheels, the standard model. Thanks for your help guys. I know that my english sucks

Re: Backspace help.

I can't answer your question, sorry.

But if you read through this forum, there is one thing you'll learn ...

... your English is as good as most and better than many.

Re: Backspace help.

I went with a 5.88" backspace with 17x8 rims and a 265/70R17 tire, but no lift on my 2013 wk2. I would imagine it being the same across the board. You'll just be able to have bigger tires with a lift. Hope this helps.
