Unhappy BFG A/T Ko2 PSI Issues

I just bought a 2015 GC, got about 1000 miles on it and needed some good tires in Colorado. I work on top of a mountain so A/T Ko2 sounded good but now i'm having issues.

I got my tires put on in Costco. the guy said my PSI should be 60. So he put them at 60. I already knew it was too high, So i lowered them to 45 Hot. I still bounce when I hit gaps in the road. not sure what to do. I called BFG they told me it put it at 40.

can anyone else put there 2 cents in if you have the Ko2s my cars at 6800lbs i think.

if anyone found a sweet spot what they should be cold or hot. also how do u feel the power and shifting is now that u got LT tires.

Re: BFG A/T Ko2 PSI Issues

Mine are sitting at 44ish right now with it being about 20 degrees this morning. I have a 2012 V8. I really like the feel of them in the 44-48 range, but I haven't gone lower than 44 so I can't comment on that.

Power and shifting will be completely different for me with the 6 speed V8 vs you with the 8 speed 3.6L but for anyone considering switching over who has a similar setup to me, I love it. I can't tell a difference and I think the Jeep rides much better than before.

Re: BFG A/T Ko2 PSI Issues

what's the load range on them? If they are E or D they are going to be stiff.
