How is the ride compared to the factory wheels/tires?

To be honest, I really can't tell a difference in the ride quality of the factory wheels/tires over these. The handling does seem to be a bit more responsive.

Thanks. What mileage are you expecting to get out of these? I've done some research, and some people are saying they are only getting 18-22k out of their sets.

Well, I had similar Pirellis on my Mercedes GL-450 and I never got more than about 24k miles...I tend to be a spirited driver. Because I drive less than 12k miles per year and I'm only using them for summer, I'm hoping to 3 years out of them.

Looks awesome ! I also have a 2014 summit . I'm looking to do the same configuration . Do you know what the off set is on these srt replicas ? Does it make a difference ? It seems like and offsett will work with these jeeps from I'm reading . You should get oem red mirror covers . That would put this truck over the top .

Thanks for the compliment, sixxshooter. The offset is +50, and yes, offset does make a difference. If the offset is too small, the wheels will stick out too far and look ghetto. The +50 offset coupled with the 10" wide wheels is close to the edge. If the offset were much less with the 10" wheel, they would stick out too far.

Yeah, I did think about putting the red mirror covers on. Do you know of a good source for these?

As you might know . You have to buy the whole dam mirror to get the colored covers . They only sell chrome mirror covers separate. TASCA parts center was where I got mine .
First thing I did was get a base jeep Laredo vin# with the color of my jeep which was black pearl . Then I called the dealer ship and got a quote . They wanted $230 and 220 bucks for the left and right mirrors . I laughed and hung up the phone . Tasca parts has them for about $155 and 150 . I know its a lot but I'm not plasti dipping a summit jeep . I'm sorry . Just make sure you get the base Larado mirrors . The summit mirrors are like $700 bucks a piece .ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1402363314.719323.jpg

Your wheels look very sharp on your Summit.

I was looking around on the vendor sites and I also like these in black chrome...

Jeep - Grand Cherokee SRT Wheels

And for an Overland style...

Nice looking Summit, sixxshooter! The mirrors look great and love the color! I was never really a fan of the chrome mirrors...kinda pushed the Summit over the edge when it comes to the amount of chrome on the vehicle.

Thanks for the info, by the way. I'll check out the source you provided and get the ball rolling on this. And yes, agreed...I'm not a fan plasti dipping either.

Thanks MDBones. Yeah, these are nice as well. I considered the 5 spoke when looking but ended up going with the 2011-2012 SRT style. With the amount of chrome on the Summit, I wanted the black chrome to tone things down just a bit.
