Trying to decide over the two on a billet silver limited but can't decide which looks best. Have seen both but can't find one with all blacked out grils. Il be blacking out the grill.and tails. Any opinions.
I have been debating this same question actually, for the SRT reps I am looking at for my '15 Limited.
I have found many options for gloss black, matte black, and all the regular chrome/silver. Only problem is that I have not been able to find many options for black chrome reps... Found a local guy selling OEM ones, but not overly interested in paying nearly $4k for a set. If you get any leads, post them up, would love to look into them.
Apparently there's a backorder in production of black chrome spider monkeys supposedly 4-6 weeks from what I read on one of the posts on here. I too have been looking for reps but I've only seen oem take offs for about 3.5k to 4k. I used to see them on eBay but they have not been popping up. I've seen gloss and matte at oe wheels.com but not the black chrome.
My 14 limited has painted flares but I would like to get the Flares, , rocker panels, lower front bumper and rear bumper match painted sometime in the future. I think the gloss black looks good with a stock limited stealthy, but the black chrome really matches a billet silver well, so hence the toss up. I'm not a fan of chrome. But the color match of the black chrome is what has me confused.
Stock black chrome spiders vs Gloss black spiders = bad ass
I have a road Magnet middle level drop spring on bottom photo
Makes the complete stance
Go gloss black
Absolutely fantastic in every way
I would never know that the car was lowered meaning I can't tell the difference in comfortability it feels like stock I do know the springs were engineered specifically for this vehicle and that may be the reason why they're feeling completely stock my favorite part is the handling is the beastly look super even stance and from having other friends that purchased springs from other manufacturers I know this cannot be achieved the other manufacturers
It seems like there higher it seems like the rear springs are always higher with the other manufacturers Road magnet is the only one that keeps back at the same height as the front
