Re: Brembo Brakes

Any 14' SRT8 guys want to measure from the back of their rotor to the front of the caliper for me?
I want to see how far the Brembo's stick out from the hub flange. TIA.

Re: Brembo Brakes

the SRTs have different lower control arms...so it will do you no good.

I'll admit i'm some what of a chrome hater, but i'm a real sucker for chrome when it's done right. I'm just not a fan of it because guys like to just go way overboard and do EVERYTHING chrome, and that just looks silly IMO.

Re: Brembo Brakes

Chrome done tastefully IMHO, LOL.

I actually would love to run Brembos on my 5.7, but they won't fit my stock 18x8.5 rims, that I run in the winter.

Re: Brembo Brakes

Any success stories on Brembos on 20X10 wheels? My dealer selling me the 2015 WK2 Altitude said that his brake specialists can't make it work. Thanks.

Re: Brembo Brakes

Looking like the Brembo brakes are a no-go on the Altitude without $8K in new brake kits. Any final thoughts?

Re: Brembo Brakes

All you need is the proper wheels to get them to fit. They won't fit under the Altitude wheels without spacers.

Re: Brembo Brakes

Who told you 8K for Brembos??

I did mine for about 2K not including the SRT rep 20x9 wheels I needed. (that doesn't include install as I did it myself)

For you guys wanting to run non-SRT rep wheels in winter, just install your stock calipers for winter then put the Brembos on in the spring and swap back to stock in winter. That's what I'm going to do soon because I want to use my 20x8 wheels for winter.
