Re: Brembo Brakes

I don't see why they wouldn't fit on a 2012..

I ordered the Brembos on a local dealers internet parts order website. Many (maybe all?) dealers have that. The prices are much less doing it that way than going in to their parts dept and buying/ordering over the parts counter.

I picked it all up at the dealer after they got it all in stock, but it can be shipped to you.

I got the front left and right SRT splash shields but it turns out you don't need them; I didn't install them.

I didn't get the stock Brembo brake pads though - I've seen a lot of posts that the Brembo pads make a lot of dust so I ordered Hawk pads for front and rear I think on Amazon..

This is a parts list, about $2000

Front SRT calipers left and right: 68146610AA, 68146611AA

2 Front rotors 5181513AB

Rear calipers L and R: 68146612AA, 68146613AA

2 rear rotors 5181512AB

2 front anti rattle clips 68203108AA

2 rear anti rattle clips 68192167AA

2 front caliper pin kits 68203105AA

2 rear caliper pin kits 68203109AA

Re: Brembo Brakes

I don't think those part numbers are for Brembo brakes?

Re: Brembo Brakes

yes they are, they are on my truck and they are Brembos. It doesn't say Brembo on the parts site, it's just their Mopar part number for it. There is a Brembo part number on each caliper with a sticker but that's not what you order them by, at least from Mopar parts place. You can also look up most of them on the justforjeeps.com site too

Scottina06 has several posts with the same numbers. that's where I got it from, less the splash shields and Brembo pads

Do you know if Mopar sells the slotted Brembo.

Re: Brembo Brakes

go with these... and hawk PC pads. quiet and dust free. Plus look way better than factory rotors and half the price

I use hawk suv street performance pads on frint and stoptechs on the rear. Blackopsautoworks.com has them as a package on their site.

Re: Brembo Brakes

If I get the OK from all of you I'm ordering these on Monday. Where is the best place to get Brembo slotted rotors. Is that the way to go? Which Hawk pads should I get. Everyday driver... I have a 2012 Overland with SRT Reps

Re: Brembo Brakes

Definitely Hawk PC (Performance Ceramic) pads without a doubt. Extremely low dust and very quiet. No better choice for a daily driver. HPS have more dust and are a bit louder when cold.

As far as slotted brembo rotors? Why do you want to spend twice as much on rotors? The atlautosport slotted or brake motive slotted rotors are half the price and work just fine. For a daily driver you will be fine.
