We are paying via paypal $180 right now.. However have the potential to reach $170 by a 10 dollar refund! I think were right about 18 paid if everyone gets in on time should be well over 20 for the even more so discounted price!
I inquired about bwoody group buy cold air intake.. No definite answer yet.. maybe once the sway links end I'll bring it up again to Mike @ Bwoody. Might want to space it out too, some sway link buyers might want in but would like to space out MODs as they aren't "cheap"
My sways arrived today!! Very fast shipping! I can't wait to get them installed.
I was a little surprised to see that the bolts that come with them are hex heads. I was expecting regular bolts... Is this what everyone's came with? Shouldn't be a problem, just wondering what the reason is for not using a regular bolt head.
SRT-8 links and thw regular WK links come with allen style bolts reason being for tire clearance if you decide to go to a wider tire. WK2 links are a standard grade 8 bolt.

Ok I am not much of a mechanic but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night ... So I think I should be able to install these and am pretty sure I am going to order a set.
So I have a few questions: 1. I do allot of driving off road as well as on dirt roads. Will I notice an improvement or not in this driving condition? I know there is an improvement on road. 2. By installing these will I void any part of my warranty? 3. Is there a “phone a friend” option if I do get stuck when installing them? I am a communications engineer but can turn a wrench on simpler projects.
1. this is a HANDLING MOD for on-road. will not help or hurt compared to oem offroad/
2. according to the law ANY aftermarket part that the dealer CLAIMS caused another failure, the DEALER has to prove that.
3. do you have a torque wrench? ramps? then get a friend who does to help or get a pro. once these are installed, you ned to have the suspension loaded then torque them down.
4. add some grease on the faces of the bushings during install/
yes, that will put the load on it. i use ramps to mess with mine so its loaded. but sometimes its easier to take the wheel off to get it all tight. in that case I put it up on stand and use my floor jack under the lower control arm and compress the suspension some that way. on the wheels is the best/
For anyone who has installed these on a wk2 on the rear sway bar links is the links flush with the sway bar and bolts as well? Both sides of mine the bolts do not wanna sit flush and have small gap on them. I'll get pic posted when I can.
