One more question; are you running wheel spacers? It looks like the tires are right at the edge of the fender lip, a strong look.

Re: Call for Rubicon wheel pics

Added 1/2" spacers (not 3/4") to counteract the very slight nose up look I was getting with the RRO level kit. She's right as rain now!

Re: Call for Rubicon wheel pics

Hey guys,

I didn't want to open a brand new thread, but I am thinking of going this route on our Laredo E. I was going to buy the wheels only and keep the stock tire size (245/70/17) I believe.

Will the Rubicon wheels work with the stock tire size? I was thinking of wrapping them in Duratracs..

Thanks!

Re: Call for Rubicon wheel pics

Of course they will, but I would go bigger. You won't regret throwing some 265/70/17's on there! The extra width gives it a more aggressive, capable look.

Re: Call for Rubicon wheel pics

It's very tempting, we will see when the time comes. Currently this is my Wife's DD rig (75 miles one way..ugh) I have duratracs on my F150 that are wearing pretty well, 38,000 on the set so they should easily get to 50k.

I'm torn between the charcoal and the black. I am leaning towards the charcoal since our Jeep is Black.

Thanks for the reply!

Re: Call for Rubicon wheel pics

10-4, I understand on the 75 miles one way dilemma. Either way you go, black or charcoal, don't forget to post a picture!
