Hello Everyone,

Just bought a new overland and wanted to lower it. Called eibach and they didnt know what the effect would be with the quadralift. Has anyone put lowering spring on their overland with the quadralift and if so have you had any problems? Thanks!!!

No....your jeep has quadralift....totally different suspension set up. Someone will haven to come out with an electronic mod for QL equipped trucks. You cant just replace with new.springs.

Look on your center console...if you have QL, there will be buttons to raise and lower your vehicle.

If you have factory tow, there will be a hitch receiver and electrical hookups on the back of your Jeep and there will be a "tow/haul" button on the center stack (V8)...position varies slightly with model year. I don't know if the V6 has that button or not...

Now if you have an SRT, you do not have QL. You might have towing.

I've been scratching my head wondering how to lower my 2014 QL Summit. You basically have 1 of 2 options; you can get a tech to reprogram the wiTech software to lower your Jeeps normal height OR you can do what I'm doing. I have ordered a set of linkages from www.adjustableairride.com. They are the easiest thing to install and a landslide cheaper than buying new suspension hardware. Check out their website to get a description of what's involved and any other info. One catch tho.....all heights are relative meaning that if you decided to lower your normal ride height by 1", then all other preset heights (park, NRH, aero, OR1 & OR2) are also 1" lower.
