It's not that simple. The part is called a jack assembly cover.
Part #68058614AB. About 10 bucks.

I ordered one over the weekend, from one of the online MoPar parts suppliers. Got to shop around, however. One place wanted $10.15 for it, so I started the "checkout process", and they tried to hit me up for $11 for shipping!!!

I backed out of that site, and found another one, where the cover was $9.50, and the shipping was a more reasonable $4.35...

I found the same problem with the shipping when I was shopping a few years ago. Luckily, my local dealer sold it to me for $10.00.
