Current Nivomat LL Shock Part #

Current Nivomat LL Shock Part #

Can someone provide me with the current Nivomat LL shock part #? I have search this and the "other" forum and I've found no less that 3 completely different part numbers. The parts schematics on online MOPAR retailers are worthless. They "describe" the rear load leveling shock but it's only listed at like $80. I thought these things were much more expensive than that.

I think I have one leaking. Even though I have max care, I installed these aftermarket from a user on this website. Unfortunately the part number has rubbed off mine and I can't read it.

Here are a couple of pics from my 2015 limited with factory tow package. Maybe this can help.

Current Nivomat LL Shock Part #

This is why I'm so confused...you guys have pictures and agree on the part #. However I search that model # and nothing comes up.

Moreover the part number on this website is completely different:

Re: Current Nivomat LL Shock Part #

Those are not the correct parts. Simply put replacement load leveling shocks are extremely hard to come by and cost almost 400 a piece new.

Re: Current Nivomat LL Shock Part #

What are those ones listed on the website? Why does it have to be so confusing? I've never seen a part so hard to find the correct part number in my life.

There is no replacement part for the load level shocks that is readily available. You either have to go to a dealer and order them or buy them from someone who retrofitted non load level shocks for lowering.

They are an extremely hard part to come by. Sachs does not offer them on third party market places only direct to manufacturer.

Anyway if you want mine let me know.

Skunkd,

I have a set installed that I bought from another user. They unfortunately have the notorious clunking sound that started since its warmed up. I recently ordered the replacement upper mounts and bushings as part of the TSB for this issue. Hopefully that works. If not I'll PM you and buy yours.
