Different size of tired

Is there any trouble on transmission or diff. If there is different size on tires ?

All four should be the same size. Do not mix sizes on the same vehicle.

After mix size of tires
I feel humming sound in the front side
But when i remove the fuse of 4wd
The humming sound gone

When you mix sizes, you are causing the front drive train to move at a different speed than the back drive train...and that's going to result in a very expensive repair bill. If it was 2WD, it wouldn't matter, but with 4WD...which is full time...something's going to break.

Removing the fuse will not protect your vehicle's drive-train from mechanical issues resulting from running with different size tires front and rear. You should get your tires taken care of as soon as possible to avoid that.
