Thanks for this, and I like this solution. I think it's good to match OD as much as possible. 32.1 vs 31.9, that seems close enough. Now that mine are on and with no problems so far (OK, only 200 miles on them), I will look to do something similar.

I stepped out this morning and it was so sunny I decided to take pictures even though the car is still dirty. I hope these help - 3 angles, and at the 4 QL ride heights for each: Park, Normal, OR-1, & OR-2.

Rear of car - no spacers.

Looks awesome, is it pretty tight in the front when the wheel is straight forward?

How is it driving?

It is a little tight but there's no rubbing. They drive well with a little hum. I wrote more in my road test a couple of posts back.

@subbie09 - I am very happy with them so far. As the tire shop guy said after they were mounted, "Now it looks like a Jeep!" With the Forteras it looked impotent.

Just ordered my tires decided to go with 275/55/r20 based on information from this thread. But went with nitto terra grappler G2 instead due to lower weight, slightly smaller dimensions, and lower price. America tire is selling them to me at 860 installed, and buying the fortera set for 320. Plus they guaranteed no rubbing or I can trade out for another tire/size. Thanks to all of yoy for the info you shared.

It's a little earlier in this thread, and is not much, really. Right after the tires were installed (on Wed or Thu) I had a few hours to spare so I drove to Hollister Hills to hit the trails. Hollister Hills is 60 miles from me. The tires drive well on the street with some noticeable road noise, not loud or obnoxious, and on the few trails that I hit they were fine.

Yesterday my wife and I were running errands. After some 25 miles at highway speeds we arrived at our destination. When we got there she said, Oh, I forgot to pay attention to how much noise these tires make. An indicator of how non-obnoxious the road noise is.

On the way back she paid attention and listened for their hum. She's happy with the tires.
