+1 to the Firestone DAT's with OWL inside. They've blasted through serious snow with ease and some speed, and also handle the pavement at 90-100mph very well. Will also use them for trail.

For the guys that care to do so, these can also stay on year-round. YMMV.

Your Jeep looks fantastic especially with the A/T's. I love my Firestones. Only time I got stuck was when my frame was resting on the snow...

No. I kept the stock spare in there.

Any concerns w/ using the stock spare with different wheel circumferences? What are the diffs like on the QTII?

I went with the P. It was the right choice for how I typically drive my vehicle. I do little to no towing, the Ps will give me a bit better gas mileage than the LTs, lower noise, lower cost, higher speed rating. (not that I need to drive 118mph!) . The trade-offs were thinner sidewall and lower tread depth. (11/32" vs 16/32")

But... who am I kidding? Firestone was having a buy 3 get one free and they had the Ps in stock. (and I was impatient)

@JayB
Regarding the circumference of the tires vs. the spare. I'm really not concerned about it. I'll treat it like donut and use in case of emergencies to drive a short distance until I can have the tire fixed. BTW... what did you mean by "what are the diffs on the QTII"? Sorry, a little slow this a.m.

Re: Firestone Destination A/Ts 275/65/R18 pics

I had the Destination A/Ts on my Liberty. Great tire, quiet, great all around traction. However, not so great on ice...but hey that's to be expected, it's not a dedicated winter/ice tire after all.

Notice any difference in handling with the larger tires in sport mode? Any change in mpg?
