Nice ride, really looks good. And the Destination is one of the best AT tires.

Any rubbing when turning? How is the ride at the different suspension levels?

Re: Firestone Destination A/Ts 275/65/R18 pics

No rubbing at all. I haven't noticed any difference with increase in interior noise at any speed. It still rides quiet and it's not any big noticeable difference. Haven't had any extended opportunities yet to give the off-road modes a workout. (but I will over the next few weeks when we head to the OBX) I'll post how it handles in sand.

I'm a black on black guy. Don't know why, but ever since I was a kid I liked the "less is more" look. (no pinstripes, no white lettering on tires, etc...)

Re: Firestone Destination A/Ts 275/65/R18 pics

I was VERY disappointed to find out that Goodyear Wrangler Duratrak in this same size 275/65/R18 absolutely will NOT fit the front of my Overland with the 18 inch rims.

Comparing the specs on the Firestone VS the Duratrak it looks like the only difference was in the section width that is larger-8.2 inch for the Destination VS 9 inches for the Duratrak. Height is listed as the same at 32.1 inches for both tires. The Duratrak not only would rub on turn in, but also barely cleared the bottom of the ball joint. I'm not sure why the one tire fits and the other does not

I would suggest to others to be very careful in thinking any 275/65R18's will fit the WK2 other than the Destination AT.

Thanks! Looks just a little different now. Here's a pic with the 18" black Mopar wheels and rock rails.

Re: Firestone Destination A/Ts 275/65/R18 pics

Have you changed your spare to this size also? Will it fit in the spare storage area (perhaps with bins removed)? And will the increased section width of the tire still allow the the storage lid to close completely?
