I've been told by three separate shop managers at Discount that they will fix repairable flats even if you didn't buy there, as a sales tactic for when you do need new tires.

North of Denver area and also Santa Clara CA.

I have the opposite problem. Bought wheel and tire hazard insurance and haven't met a pot hole or screw.

I think it was $12/month for 36 months wrapped into my lease. I'm 18 months, 20k miles in.

To OP, of screw is outside the two water channels, they are considered too close to sidewall. You'll need a new tire and use Tirerack for best price. They even ship to your local certified by Tirerack installer with all costs explained before you click Buy.
