Floor Jacking with Quadra Lift

Can someone please remind me how to disable the Quadra Lift Suspension so that I can use my floor jack to change over to Spring Wheels / Tires?

Should I have it in the lowest "Park" position before I disable it?

When I'm done, how do you "re-activate" the system?

Thanx!!@

Go to Settings in your UConnect (radio), then Suspension, then select Jacking Mode. It will automatically revert to normal when you start driving afterwards.

Re: Floor Jacking with Quadra Lift

You can also activate tire jack mode by pressing and holding the up and down buttons on your console for a few seconds until that mode pops up on your dash :-) Doesn't matter what height setting the jeep is in to jack.

I'm not sure where my 2011 overland has this option? What year is your Jeep?

Re: Floor Jacking with Quadra Lift

These guys are probably talking about the 2014+ models that have menus in the uconnect settings. Its been a long time, but I guess the 2011-2013 menus are maybe on the center cluster screen? Cant remember if any menus are accessible through the nav screen. Either way, try pressing and holding both suspension up and down buttons and it will activate jack mode.

Re: Floor Jacking with Quadra Lift

All it does is disable the automatic leveling. Service guy told me, they don't bother doing it most of the time.

I find it's best to lift to Offroad II height then put in Jack mode. Less jacking of the vehicle under load that way.

Re: Floor Jacking with Quadra Lift

So assuming on my 2011 Overland that I just push the up/down buttons simultaneously before jacking to disable the system, how do I get it back on after I'm done? Sorry for all the stupid questions. LOL

When you restart the engine, it resets itself as you drive off.

What Bob said. I think it's 5-10 mph and it will kick out.
