Full size spare 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Looking to replace the spare tire with the full size tire and wheel. Can someone tell me the tire size of the full size spare (is it P245 65 R18)? Is the 2014/15 same as the 2011/12/13?

Should be the same size as MY11-13...same "shoes" on the four corners when it comes to diameter. (30.6" if I'm not mistaken) The "full size" spare is a narrower tire so it fits nicely under the deck, but has the same diameter which is very important for a 4x4 vehicle.

Re: Full size spare 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I was wondering if I could use one of the 17" wheels/tires from my old 2011 GC as a spare for my 2014 GC. Would the 17" clear the calipers though? Would it be ok for the 4x4 system?

If you have "regular" brakes you can use the 17" wheels as long as the tire diameter is the same as your normal tires. If you have HD brakes, you may/will have issues with clearance. 18" is the stated minimum by Jeep for HD brakes.

Re: Full size spare 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee

OEM Laredo X = 265/60R18
Full size spare = 245/65R18

There's only one manufacturer that makes that tire size that I know of...

Tire Rack carries them.
Kuhmo Solus KL21

You can buy an OEM 18" steel wheel too:
