Great looking tires

A friend of mine has a Denali and he just installed these tires. They look great. They're BF Goodrich Rugged Terrain T/A.
According to the bf Goodrich site they dont make them in a 265/50/20 size. Is the closest tire to this in the 20 size the terra grappler?

Re: Great looking tires

you can step up to a 275-50-20 or a 295-45-20 tire. all will be close to the 265-50-20 size.

If I did the 275, that means the side wall is taller, correct?

Re: Great looking tires

275 is the width of the tire, in millimeters. The 50 part is an aspect ratio of the width of the tire to height of the tire.

Like 275 / 25.4 (millimeters in an inch) makes the tire 10.82" wide

now take that number and multiply it by the aspect ratio as a percent... 10.82" x .50 = 5.41". That's the height of the sidewall. So multiply that by 2 and add the rim size to get the overall height of the tire. 5.41 x 2 + 20 = 30.82" tall.

A 265/50/20 is 10.43" wide and 30.43" tall
A 275/50/20 is 10.82" wide and 30.82" tall.
