Hankook 295/45r20 SNOW update

NYC..... There not Duratracs but they were not too bad at all... Lil slippery but had me moving along no problems

its not a snow tire at all its a summer performance tire..thats why im posting,,, a few guys have this ventus tire and where curious about snow handling

Ah. I thought so. Ok cool. It is pretty decent in the snow. I had the same tire on an all wheel drive SUV for 30,000 miles and never had an issue in the snow.

yeah after this recent hit of snow here in NY, I can thankfully say that my Hankooks performed very well!

Engine- AFE Intake, Moe's 87mm TB, BT CatchCan.
Exhaust- Magnaflow 11385 Xpipe in the center and 2x Magnaflow 14814's in the rear.
Wheels- 20x9 SRT8 Reps
Brakes- SRT8 Brembo BBK + GoodRidge SS Brake Lines.

How are the tires holding up mileage wise? I've got 20k on mine and looks like about 50% left.

I did blow one out driving over a 4 inch bolt...

Sounds like you'll have to change them out soon if you're going to run them in the winter. Most sources suggest replacing tires when they reach 5/32nds of tread depth for best winter traction.
