So here today in S.E. Pa. we have a good snowstorm happening, left work to come home at noon (11 Miles) and what a Cluster F...! Cars all over, can't get traction on hills, the usual mess, maybe 4 or 5 inches with main roads good but everything else not. Before I got home I hit some back roads that were untouched and noooooooooooo problems. Stopping, going you name it, boy I was excited! Then I hit a development very close to the house that I had a hard time even telling where the roads were and really pushed it hard in second and third gear; was great and actually quite difficult to keep the jeep sliding or drifting, the tires and the "nannies" just keep coming up with an answer and you are going even faster. A good test and hoping when I wake up tomorrow there is some serious depth to try a few things! First set of snowflake snowtires and glad I got them. Dave

'Have about 8" here in Bucks County...I don't expect any issues tomorrow, even with my Forteras that have just shy of 28K miles on them. JGC is a great vehicle in the weather!

Glad you like the Hankooks. Always good when there's a "no regret" purchase!

Nice glad to hear u like them. I love both sets I have. My fwd Camry was put to the test with them yesterday. No probs. my wife drove the tank(jeep) 4 hours in that storm with zero issues other than other traffic holding her up lol...

So today I drove about 70 miles of mostly back roads for work purposes, plowed but but covered; never got above 8 degrees, in and out of unplowed driveways etc. and never once did the ABS activate or the traction control light come on. Along with the heated seats & wheel I absolutely love it. I also happened upon an un-built developement that I am familiar with, that only has the roads and curbing done, had 12 to twenty inches of snow thru most of it with one set of tracks; sooooooooooo yessir did a pass thru it and it is like a cakewalk in the Jeep! Now need to visit a car-wash  Dave

I hear you on the car wash thing...I had to wipe off "the dome" yesterday as the salt doesn't help it work very well.

'Glad you had a great ride in the snow!

I tell u what... These tires are impressive. We have been pounded with snow and the jeep is a freakin tank with these on.. Going, turning, stopping etc.. Are all impressive with these tires. I have driven on all types of frozen stuff and plenty of depths(12"+ driving through yard) and the jeep just goes. I was hesitant at getting snow tires for an SUV but it has been WELL worth it this winter.. The stockers would have struggled with some of the storms I have driven through...

I have these too. Excellent winter tire, flat spots disapear quicker than any other winter tires ive had on past vehicles, very stable at highway speeds.
Wish the track/stab control was fully defeatable. Maybe it will be at least better once I reinstall my hemifever tune
