Shock mount P/# 68029590AF
Bumper jounce P/# 68029591AC

Attached microfiche. Should be the top three parts above the box, plus the dust boot to the right.
I bought a set of non-load leveling mounts for the rear of my Jeep but they did not include the 3rd item, Bumper Jounce. I wonder if the current one can be reused (if it's even there)?

We're going on a trail clean up this Sat so that will be a good test.

Now that you've had those shocks for a couple of weeks how do you like them? did you notice more or less wheel travel up front?

I will probably get them and adjust the height for around 1" of lift

No complaints at all k-mu. I'm happy with the decision to stick with using the shocks to level instead of the spacer kit.

Re: Has anyone used the Bilstein 5100s?

I just ordered only fronts. Got them for 300 shipped. I think itll level it out perfectly. Plus my rear has springs and shocks seperately. So im thinking a lift spring for the rear.

Re: Has anyone used the Bilstein 5100s?

The Bilsteins only have a Zinc coating so I don't think these are a viable option for us that get pelted with salt in the winter months.
They will become corroded in no time. I have a co-worker that has them on his JKU and even greasing them down doesn't help.

I wonder how it has held up over time? The post was from 2012.
