How does ELSD work on QDII?
On manual systems (like my 97 Land Rover), you lock your center diff and if you don't have a slip or a locker, while you have the same power going front and back, you can still spin a tire left to right. Conventional ockers, for instance, mitigate or completely fix this issue.
How does it work on the jeep with ELSD. And how does traction control play into this. (i have looked at the jeep web site, but i am still curious).
With traction control and brake modulation, doesn't this limit the left to right tire spinning within an axle anyway? And how does ELSD improve or effect that?
