Re: I Want Spacers

What'd you pay?

I don't want to cut bolts on my '12 Altitude, do I need to get the 1.5" spacers to avoid this, or can I avoid it with the 1.25" as well?

They were $225 shipped. I'm not sure about the '12 Altitude wheels. Give Lenny a call or shoot him an email.

You will have to trim them if you have the older Altitude wheels.

Someone within this thread already answered it quite a while ago:

Re: I Want Spacers

Is there a clear rule with Quadra lift and going "too wide"?
We have a 2014 JGC Summit with stock 20s.

- I want wide tires
- She wants to stay with 20s
- Both like the Cooper Zeon LTZ tire
Considering spacers or very low offset wheels.
Must not rub

Thanks for any advice.

Your options are pretty simple if you are narrowing it down to just the Cooper LTZs.

1. 285/50 LTZs with stock wheels, unmodified suspension.

or

2. 305/50 LTZs with new low offset wheels and a necessary lift to clear the rubbing issues. That size is just too big to use without the lift.

That's it.

Re: I Want Spacers

So, with QL What are the largest/widest Tires I can run with spacers (no lift) to make them "out"?

What sort of lift is available with QL to run the 305/50-20? (maybe that's a separate thread)

We might not be 100% on the Cooper Zeon LTZ but like them a lot.
They come in :
275/70-18
285/60-18

275/45-20
275/55-20
275/60-20
275/65-20
285/50-20
305/50-20
305/55-20

305/40-22

Thanks again,
The Hammer

Oh you're on QL. That changes things because unless you somehow make it set to always be in the highest lift setting, you aren't going to be able to use the 305/50 without lowering it back to normal height and rubbing when doing so. You're kinda S.O.L. with this setup.

Really your only option left is the first one I mentioned if you are committed to 20" wheels and the LTZ.

Re: I Want Spacers

U won't need spacers to fit 285/50/20.

Re: I Want Spacers

Won't need them. But want low offset wheels or spacers to give the Grand Cherokee a wider stance.

Re: I Want Spacers

What about 20x10 SRT replicas? Those look to bring the wheel out to the fender better than the stock summit 20x8s
Would those work on a QL?
