I'm wondering this as well. I see that 275/55-20 will fit without a leveling kit. I would think that since the front is the tighter area, the extra height would be fine with a leveling kit. Have not seen anyone running them though.

I find this perplexing. I spoke w a jeepgarage member last weekend and he stated that he has fit the 1" spacers on two jgc so far no issues. Stock no mods...

I don't know what to say but they didn't fit on mine. Maybe my truck was built on a Monday. I just got my 1.25 installed and love the stance. ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1415664076.533092.jpg

OK, this seems to be getting a little confusing. VprGts, what size spacers are you using? Also, what size tires.

IIRC, there are differences between some of the stock wheels.

By any chance, do you know where you saw this? I would love to put 1", but really don't want to cut down the studs.

Re: I Want Spacers

I just spoke with Larry at Motorsport Tech and am setting up a group buy on spacers. He says that he sells 90% of his WK2 spacers in the 1.25" size so thats what I'm going with. I setup a seperate thread on the group buy if anyone is interested:

I just learned this, I have a 2014 with Summit rims and mine have pockets that let the studs extend into the wheel so no shortening of the studs are needed down to 1.25" spacers. If the rims were flat then the smallest that I could use without shortening the studs would be 1.75" spacers.

Does anyone know which rims have these pockets and which do not? I may have this info soon (talking to parts at the dealership and I'll ask them) and I'll post it if someone else doesn't know.

So your saying that the 1.25" spacer will not work on the 2014 JGC Summit with stock wheels? and need 1.75" without having to cut the studs.
Please someone confirm so I can order the right ones for my 14 Summit.....
