Please someone confirm so I can order the right ones for my 14 Summit.....

No, 1.25" spacers will fit on the stock summit wheels and I believe all of the other stock WK2 wheels (though I have a guy from the dealership confirming tomorrow). If you have after market rims with flat metal between the holes for the studs, you'll need 1.75" minimum spacers.

How soon are you going to get your spacers, interested in joining g the group buy to save some money?

Thanks for the update. I was looking to order them once I was comfortable enough of the smallest size needed for my JGC without having to cut he bolts. Looks like 1.25" it is....

I was thinking in the spring because I didn't want them on during the winter. Long Island NY is brutal with the salt and sand. I feel as if all the crap on the roads are going to damage my paint.
I you can get a team together and we can save money then I'm all for it.

Spacers or not, you will still get salt and snow all down the side of your Jeep regardless.

And you won't want to remove the spacers each season and put them back on the next...that'd make no sense.

Yea lol I have a Maaco paint job on my WJ and huge negative offset mudders on it and my paint is fine... You really think a tiny spacer is gonna mess up ur paint anymore than standard road conditions? Heck I've ran spacers on every car Ive owned and never once did I have issues with my paint.

I figured with the spacers you would get more of a kick back from the crap on the road. If you say it's the same as not having them. Then I would consider getting the spacers.
Thanks for your input

I mean, I'm not going to lie, it does throw more stuff down the side with spacers just because the tires are pushed out that much further. But from my experience before I had mine put on, I still had a lot of snow/rocks being kicked up with stock everything. It has gotten worse with the addition of AT tires picking up more rocks to throw, but it still doesn't bother me.

The Jeep is going to get some battle wounds and the current Jeep paint durability leaves plenty to desire anyway. I'm just waiting to get mine completely vinyl wrapped if I own it that long and the paint continues to wear like it has in my little over a year of ownership.

Anything I've ever experienced usually wipes off or buffs out when washing the car.

Ok, well we already have 11 orders if I include you so we're over the threshold to get the first level of discounts. I added you to my list on the group buy thread (http://www.jeepgarage.org/f109/group...s-81371-2.html). Could you please confirm on that thread if you are in?

Re: I Want Spacers

alright I've read through most of this thread, and I'm still unsure about this. i have a '12 altitude and i want to pickup a set of these spacers but i don't want to chop any of the lugs, wondering if i could use the 1.25 inch spacers or do i have to use the 1.5 inch?
